Designed and developed standard and custom specialty gas delivery systems from concept to production, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, industry codes, and deadlines. Created detailed Inventor models, drawings, and Bills of Material; performed engineering calculations; and produced P&IDs for custom gas equipment. Collaborated closely with production, quality, sales, and vendors to resolve design and manufacturing issues, optimize components, and maintain project schedules.

Created a library of 3D models and 2D drawings of machine components in SolidWorks to support design and manufacturing. Built product assemblies to assist with customer support, developed concepts for new accessories to improve usability, and authored Standard Operating Procedures to streamline assembly processes.
